Steven is the guy who cares about the parts most companies never look at. Ductwork. Attic conditions. Insulation. Static pressure. Because a brand new $13,000 system installed on bad ducts is a brand new $13,000 problem. He designs the whole system to run efficient and last, not just to pass inspection and get out the door.

Meet Primo

Operations & Customer Experience. Navy veteran. Served aboard the USS Harry S. Truman, an aircraft carrier, in the Reactor Department.

On the Truman, he led service on weapons cooling systems and reactor efficiency and maintenance, and helped coordinate full system repairs and upgrades during shipyard periods. When the standard is a nuclear-powered warship, “good enough” doesn't exist. Documentation isn't optional. Cutting corners isn't a business decision — it's a casualty.
