Fast, honest HVAC service across the Valley. We show up, we fix it right, and we don't disappear when summer hits 115°.
We live here. We know what desert summers do to HVAC systems and what Phoenix homeowners actually need.
No 6-hour windows. Real arrival times, and we stick to them. Your time is as valuable as ours.
You get the number before we touch anything. What we quote is what you pay — full stop.
115° heat, monsoon season, dust storms — our team is trained for every condition Phoenix throws.
Fully licensed in Arizona. Every job covered. Protected from the first call to the final handshake.
Our crew delivers expert heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and 24/7 emergency HVAC service across Phoenix, the surrounding Valley and out into Pinal County — backed by trusted local experience. Pick your city below for the problems we actually see in those homes.
The things Valley homeowners actually ask us on the phone — answered the same way we would answer them in your driveway.
Nine times out of ten in Phoenix it is one of four things: a failed run capacitor, so the compressor hums but never starts; a tripped breaker or blown fuse on the outdoor disconnect; a refrigerant leak that has dropped the charge too low to cool; or a frozen evaporator coil from a clogged filter or weak airflow. The quick check you can do yourself is the filter and the breaker. If the outdoor fan is spinning but the air inside is still warm, or you can see ice on the copper lines, shut the system off and call — running it that way risks the compressor. More on AC repair →
Most Valley homes land between $8,000 and $17,000 installed, and where you fall in that range depends on tonnage, efficiency tier, whether you are replacing the full split system or just the condenser, and how much duct or electrical work the install needs. A straightforward 3-ton builder-grade swap sits near the bottom; a high-efficiency variable-speed system in a two-story with attic work sits near the top. We break the whole range down by system type, and every estimate is free and in writing before anything is ordered. See the full cost breakdown →
Someone eighteen or older needs to be there to let us in, approve the repair price and go over what we found — but it does not have to be you. A tenant, a family member, a neighbor or a property manager works, as long as they can authorize the work. We call or text before we head over, we give you a two-hour window rather than an all-day one, and if we need access to an attic, a roof unit or a locked gate we will tell you that when you book so nothing stalls the visit.
Most calls placed before 2 p.m. are handled the same day, and we run emergency service around the clock — nights, weekends and holidays — for homes with no cooling or no heat. During a stretch of 115° days the whole Valley calls at once, so we triage by risk: no cooling at all, and homes with infants, elderly residents or anyone with a health condition, move to the front of the line. Maintenance plan members get priority dispatch, which matters most on exactly those days. How same-day service works →
There is a diagnostic fee on repair calls and we tell you the number on the phone before we dispatch, never at your door. It covers a real evaluation — refrigerant pressures, superheat and subcooling, amp draws, the capacitor tested under load, static pressure and the electrical and drain side — not a glance and a guess. The fee is waived with any repair — approve the work and it comes off the invoice. Estimates for replacement systems are free and in writing. After hours there is an emergency rate, quoted before we dispatch, and maintenance plan members do not pay it at all.
Yes — Arizona ROC license 365374, fully insured, and veteran owned. You can verify our license yourself on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website, and we would encourage you to do that with any contractor you let into your home. Unlicensed HVAC work is common in this market and it voids most manufacturer warranties, which tends to surface at the worst possible moment: the day you file a compressor claim.
Same-day service available. Free estimates on new installs.
Just call — we handle everything else.
